Kuwait-Mubasher: Al Mowasat Health Care will hold a board meeting on Thursday to consider the voluntary delisting of the company’s shares from the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE), the company said in a bourse filing.
The health care firm has a capital standing at KWD 9.68 million, distributed on 96.8 million shares with a par value of 100 fils each.
